Please note that on October 11^th Juvenile and Camogie Club will be hosting in conjunction with the Juvenile Boys a charity Blitz for Damian Ahern. All players will be informed by text of match times etc closer to the day by their respective managers

Fundraising Draw 1 last night in the Abbey Bar

We had a night out in the Abbey Bar, Castlelyons last Saturday night where the first of our Fundraising Draws was held. Both Chairman John Healy and our Treasurer Donal O Leary spoke and expressed delight with the great support for the Draw and thanked our many Sponsors.

Annual General Meeting.

Please note that CLCG Caisleán Uí Liatháin will hold their AGM on Saturday 21^st November in the Community Centre at 8. 30 pm.  This meeting is for all Club Members and will take the following format: -

• Review the work of the previous year.
• Review financial statements and auditors reports.
• Elect officers and executive committee members.
• Get members views on Club and Association policy.
• Consider Club policy and revise or endorse.
• Make submissions through motions to the County Committee on the framing of policy and dealing with the rules of the Association.

The Cork GAA Clubs Draw commences shortly.

This Draw is a risk free fundraising promotion available to our Club.  Annually it has been a money spinner while some great prizes have come to Castlelyons in the last few years including a car. 

Tickets cost €100 per annum with a guaranteed 45% contribution to the draw members club rising to 58% on agreed target achievement.  Your support would be appreciated and our members will be calling for renewal or possible new membership shortly.

Since its inception in 1992 communities have benefited by more than €19 million in funding their local club developments.   The Draw has three aims which benefits all: -

1.      Investment in games development and coaching

2.      Risk free funding for clubs

3.      Capital projects support.

This week’s Lotto Draw took place on Monday night in the Community Centre.
