The Juvenile Club would like to wish all the boys and girls in Castlelyons National School, who are making their Holy Communion on Saturday, the very best of luck. We hope you all have a wonderful day.

Cork Minor;

Congratulations and Well Done to Barry Murphy who is part of the Cork Minor Panel for this Wednesday nights Match against Waterford.

Also Congratulations to Declan Morrison who won a Munster Hurling College's Medal with Colaiste on Wednesday.

A great achievement for the boys and their parents and club.

U9;

Last Saturday saw our U9’s line out against Aghada in the Rebel Og Hurling League. We had some great scores by Shane Hallihan, Oran Hickey and Alex Quirke. Ryan Stack made some brilliant saves in goals and there was some great hurling played by the boys overall. Thanks to Conor McCarthy for referring the match. Panel on the day was Ryan Stack, Dylan Goulding, Sam Greaney, Oran Hickey, John O'Neill, Cathal Shanahan, Alex Quirke, Cian Hickey, Shane Hallihan, Eoin Corrigan, Brian Corrigan, Ciaran Murphy, Aaron Murphy, Gearoid McCarthy. There will be a break in training this week due to the Holy Communion.

U10;

Our U10’s line out against Watergrasshill this Saturday May 6th in Castlelyons at 10.30am. Please come along and support the lads in this local derby.

U12;

Training has been going very well over the past number of weeks. We play our next game against Traction in Tracton on Monday May 8th. All support greatly welcome on the night.

Lotto;

We have a Lotto Jackpot of €10,800 this week. The Club would like to invite all members where possible to join the Club’s Lotto. The lotto is a major financial contributor to the club and is a much needed source of income. Annual lotto tickets can be purchased from any of the clubs executive members while weekly tickets can be obtained from the many Lotto ticket sellers/businesses in the parish.

€2 tickets can be purchased in Murphy’s Vehicle Repairs, Sharon’s Hair Design, Community Centre Bar, Fitzgerald Butchers Fermoy, Mc Donnell’s Coolagown, Castlelyons Post Office, GlanBia Castlelyons, The Abbey Tavern and from the usual ticket sellers and promoters.

Sponsor;

We would like to sincerely thank Riordan’s Supervalu for their ongoing sponsorship of the Juvenile Club. With some fantastic in store offers, it would be worth your while popping in for a look.
